A JwtDecoder backed by auth0 java-jwt (v4.x), with JWKS support from jwks-rsa.

com.auth0:java-jwt and com.auth0:jwks-rsa are compileOnly dependencies of this module; add them yourself (matching the versions this module was built against) when using this decoder. Signature verification and claim checks use the JwtVerification passed to decode. Local PEM keys must be X.509/PKCS#8 (-----BEGIN PUBLIC KEY-----); PKCS#1 RSA PEMs are not accepted.
