Maps a verified DecodedJwt to your own io.github.mzlnk.javalin.security.authentication.Identity, replacing the default Jwt wrapper.

Defaults to null (handlers see a Jwt identity). May be combined with rolesMapper — the identity supplies "who", the roles mapper supplies granted roles.
